Fair blowy the day!

IT WAS gusty this morning in Stranraer as spray going over the shore road wall in our picture testifies. The north-westerly wind gusts were put at 35mph and the forecast for this afternoon is for the breeze to pick up, with gusts of 45mph, before easing back slightly this evening. The Met Office say there's a chance of a shower in the evening with more persistent rain through the night. Tomorrow looks cloudy though Sunday should see some sunshine break through.
