Have a hoot at Castle Kennedy Gardens

THERE'S a bit of a flap on at Castle Kennedy Gardens tomorrow. The Gardens are hosting KG Hawks, who are bringing a host of amazing birds of prey for people to get close to. KG Hawks are an education, rescue and re-home charity based in Ayrshire. They say: "We have over 30 years of falconry experience which we are happy to share with like-minded people. "We provide a rescue and re-homing service for badly treated, abandoned birds of prey or birds whose owners cannot look after them for various reasons. "We offer an education service to schools and groups aimed at teaching conservation and the environmental impacts humans have on our native raptors. "We attend shows to help fund the care of our birds and allow the public to get up close to these magnificent birds." For tickets and details of special ,measures in pace at the Gardens to protect against Covid-19, see www.castlekennedygardens.com
