Luce Bay rescue as tide cuts off walkers

THE tide racing in at Luce Bay cut off a number of people walking dogs at Ringdoo, Stranraer Coastguard report.
Coastguards from the Isle of Whithorn, Ballantrae , Portpatrick joined Police Scotland near the Country Golf Club and the inshore lifeboat from Stranraer brought the people and their pets to safety on Saturday afternoon.
