COWEN — Peacefully at the Galloway Community Hospital, Stranraer on Sunday, 16th September, 2018, John Cowen, aged 65 years, of 12 Stairmount, Sandhead. Beloved husband of the late Helen, much loved dad of Kevin and Jodi, a dearly loved grandad of Aaron and Abbie, a much-loved son of Louise and the late John and a dear brother and uncle.
