BYERS – Suddenly but peacefully at Cardiff University Hospital of Wales, on Monday 25th November, 2019 William Byres aged 83 of Murray Walk Cardiff. Beloved partner of Frances Lane dearly loved father of Marie and Louise much loved grandfather of Ryan, and dearly loved by all his extended family.
GORDON — Peacefully at Galloway Community Hospital Stranraer on Friday 29th November 2019. Catherine Slaven Gordon nee Sproat, aged 95 years of Hamilton Road, Castle Kennedy, beloved wife of the late David Gordon, dearly loved aunt and great aunt of all the family. Funeral on Thursday 12th December, 2019. Service in Inch Church at 12.30.pm. Thereafter to Masonhill Crematorium by Ayr at 2.45.pm. All friends respectfully invited. No flowers please, donations if desired in aid of Order of St. John on retiral from church.
HARDIE — Peacefully at The Galloway Community Hospital, Stranraer on Thursday 28th November, 2019. Rosemary Roddie aged 72 years of 8 Aird Avenue, Stranraer. Beloved wife of John Hardie, Dearly loved mother of Shona, Sharon, Rosemary and Olive. A much loved Granny and Great Granny of the family. Funeral on Monday 9th December, 2019. LOVE — Peacefully at Galloway Community Hospital, Stranraer on Tuesday 19th November, 2019. Jane (Jean) Love aged 96 years of Millburn Court Stranraer. Beloved wife of the late James Love, a dear aunt and friend to all. Interred Glebe Cemetery Thursday 28th November, 2019.
MCKELLAR — Peacefully at the Galloway Community Hospital, Stranraer, on 27th November 2019. Archie McKellar, aged 73 years, of 9 Brewis Terrace, Sandhead. Beloved Husband of the late Ann and a dear Dad and Papa of the family. Cremation Service took place on Wednesday 4th December 2019.
OLIVER – Peacefully, at his home on Tuesday 26th November 2019, Jack Oliver aged 93 years, of Low Cotland, Wigtown, a much loved husband of the late Gladys Oliver, also a loving father to Anmarie and Stephen. Funeral on Thursday 12th December 2019, service in the Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Wigtown at 12.00 noon, thereafter to Wigtown Park Cemetrey, to which all friends are respectfully invited, family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the Marie Curie Nurses, also to the Crossroads Carers, will be accepted on retiral from the service.
ROBERTSON — At Inverclyde Royal Hospital on Tuesday, 26th November, 2019, Dr Norman M. Robertson, aged 94 years. Bßeloved husband of Betty and a much loved father, grandfather and great-grandfather. A family Funeral Service will take place.
