RAE — Christopher and Kirsty (nee Wood) are delighted to announce the birth of their beautiful daughter, Ailsa Hazel, born Saturday, 10th June at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital. First grandchild for Jim and Caroline Rae, Auchenmalg and Jeremy and Anne Wood, Aberdeen. First great grandchild for Sandy and May Cronie, Castle Kennedy.
DEATHS
FORSTER (NEE CALDWELL) — Mabel Elizabeth Fraser. Formerly of Stranraer. Peacefully on the 7th June 2017, aged 74. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Memorial service to be held in Stranraer in the autumn. Funeral service to take place at 2:30 p.m. on Friday 23rd June 2017, at the Central United Reformed Church, Ventnor Villas, Hove. MARSHALL, ALEXANDER — Born on 19th May, 1944 in Lennox Town, brought up in Stranraer, died Saturday, 17th, June, 2017 in Malaga, Spain.
PATERSON — Peacefully at home, on Monday, 19th June, 2017, Betty Paterson (nee McKnight) of 12 St. Ninians Terrace, Isle of Whithorn. A dear wife of the late Fergie and a well loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother of the family. Funeral service on Saturday, 24th June, 2017, to meet at Glasserton Parish Church at 10.30am. RICHARDS — David (John) Richards, aged 89, formerly worked at West Freugh, passed away suddenly and peacefully at home, Worcester, on Saturday, 17th June. Much loved partner of Sheena Dougan. Funeral details to follow.
