GREENHILL — Alistair is delighted to announce the safe arrival of his beautiful baby sister Jessica Anna, born Saturday 5th January, 2019 at Dumfries maternity unit. A daughter for Martin and Nicola (nee Bruce), first granddaughter for John and Lorna Ballantrae, Robert and Annie Stranraer. Thanks to all in attendance.
HOPE — Chloe and Olly are delighted to announce the birth of their baby sister, Olivia Jaclyn, born 2nd January, 2019. ALEXANDER, MARGARET — On the 13th January 2019, peacefully at Dumfries Infirmary, Margaret Alexander, (née Shennan), formerly of Ashwood Drive, Stranraer. Dearly loved mother of Nancy, Fiona, Clintock and the late Baby James. Service at Roucan Loch Crematorium, Dumfries DG1 4JF on Wednesday, 23rd January at 3.00 p.m. All friends are respectfully invited to attend. No flowers please.
CLUCKIE — Suddenly but peacefully, at her home on Sunday, 13th January, 2019, Jean Cluckie aged 86 years, of 19 Lochancroft Lane, Wigtown. A much loved wife of the late William (Curly) Cluckie, loving mother, granny, great granny and great great granny to the family. Funeral on Monday, 28th January, 2019, service in the Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Wigtown at 11.00 a.m. Thereafter to Wigtown Park Cemetery, to which all friends are respectfully invited. DONALD — Peacefully at Galloway Community Hospital, Stranraer on Friday 11th January, 2019. Jack Donald, aged 86 years of Hillcrest, Lochans, formerly of Carseriggan farm, beloved husband of the late Jessie, loving father of Kate, father in law of Bill, dear papa of Lois and Scott, great papa of Lily. HARVEY — Suddenly on Wednesday, 9th January, 2019, at his home, James (Jimmy) Harvey, 1 St. Medans, Monreith. A much loved husband of the late Jean, also a dear brother and uncle to the family.
